Summary
KW Parts, Europe’s leading distributor of American vehicle parts, runs training and onboarding sessions for colleagues across its European markets in French, Spanish, Turkish, Italian, and German. Before KUDO, the company depended on having a bilingual colleague available to interpret each session live — a setup that worked until it didn’t. KW Parts now uses KUDO to run these sessions in every language that’s needed, working natively inside the Microsoft Teams environment the company already uses for its meetings.
The Challenge
KW Parts could only run a training session in a given language if a colleague fluent in that language happened to be free to interpret on the spot. That dependency was fragile: when the colleague was unavailable, for example due to illness, the session often had to be cancelled or rescheduled at short notice, disrupting onboarding timelines. The alternative — running sessions in English only — came with its own cost. Some participants found it difficult to fully follow the material, which undercut the purpose of the training in the first place.
KW Parts needed:
- Multilingual training and onboarding for French, Spanish, Turkish, Italian, and German speaking colleagues
- A way to stop sessions from being cancelled or postponed because a single bilingual colleague wasn’t available
- A solution that worked inside Microsoft Teams, the platform the company already used to run its meetings
Services Provided

The Solution
With KUDO, KW Parts no longer needs a bilingual colleague on hand to interpret each training session. KUDO provides multilingual support directly inside Microsoft Teams, so a trainer can run one session and have it understood by participants in French, Spanish, Turkish, Italian, and German the same time. That removes the single point of failure that came with relying on one colleague’s availability, and gives every participant a session they can actually follow in their own language, rather than defaulting to English.
KW Parts has particularly valued how seamlessly KUDO fits into the Teams meetings they already run — no separate platform, and no extra setup for participants to join.
