At KUDO, we offer two solutions that can either be bought as separate subscriptions or combined in one plan.
- KUDO AI: For translated audio and captions, in real time. With two modes – conversational (super-fast captions only) and presentation mode (translated speech and captions), KUDO AI is best suited to use cases like webinars, live events, worship services, city council meetings, All Hands meetings, L&D, and training.
- Human interpretation: We work with a network of 12,000 professional language interpreters covering 200 spoken and sign languages who can be booked for most video-conferencing platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, ON24, Hopin, etc). For important decision-making, we recommend using a professional interpreter.

Yes. All our annual plans for human interpretation come with the use of KUDO AI included, but if you want to purchase only KUDO AI, you can do so either through pay-as-you-go credits or an annual plan for KUDO AI only.
Yes. KUDO AI and our human interpretation plans can be bought separately, but to benefit from full use of languages and features, we recommend combining them. This option is available for almost any plan we offer. For this option, please Contact Sales to discuss your organization’s ideal usage, platform, and languages.
KUDO offers its own specialized platform for language interpretation, available in all our plans. You can also integrate KUDO into most major videoconferencing platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Hopin, ON24, Bizzabo, EventMobi, GlobalMeet, and Hubilo. For this option, please Contact Sales.
We know that our clients need varying multilingual access for their meetings and events, which is why we have a plan that caters to every organization.
- Pay As You Go: For both KUDO AI and human interpretation, you can use our AI Speech Translator or book an interpreter on-demand as per your language needs. This option is great for ad-hoc webinars, meetings, and events.
- Monthly Plans: For KUDO AI, you can subscribe to a monthly plan based on how many hours of speech translation your organization needs. This can be modified or cancelled at any point. As a bonus, switching to annual billing will unlock a 15% discount on your monthly plan.
- Annual Plans: For our human interpretation solutions, or if you’re looking to combine KUDO AI with them, you can choose an annual plan based on your organization’s language needs. We also offer credits for technical support for your meetings and events that can be rolled over if unused.
KUDO has an expert in-house team who can help with the smooth running of all your meetings and events. If you are purchasing one of our human interpretation plans (with or without KUDO AI), you can add support credits to your account at any time.
Yes. If you are using KUDO AI, you can use our Pay As You Go option to purchase speech translation for one-off meetings and events. And if you are using our human interpretation solutions, you can purchase credits to book an interpreter ad-hoc via our interpreter marketplace.
Yes, we offer a discount for annual billing for both KUDO AI and for our human interpretation plans. Please speak to our team for more information.
