The Challenge

As an organization with a highly diverse community, ACCA often faced the challenge of bridging the language gap between their English, Spanish, and Vietnamese-speaking families and staff. In the past, their team would hold separate events for English, Vietnamese, and Spanish speakers—often leading to additional burdens like staffing childcare for separate nights, duplicating resources for workshops, and requiring extra time and effort to ensure everyone was on the same page.
