Summary
Candela Asia Pacific knows firsthand the value and importance of efficient communication, especially regarding training on medical devices. As an aesthetic medical device company with a global presence, it’s essential for them to deliver regular training that is comprehensive and engaging, with nothing lost in translation for their internal team and external clients. With local partners and customers in Asia-Pacific, Candela sought a solution to help them communicate across language barriers. That is where KUDO stepped in.
How did we help?
KUDO was built to facilitate clear communication for companies like Candela across multilingual client and partner communities. To start, our KUDO team connected with Candela to answer any pre-event questions. Next, interpreters were sourced from KUDO’s on-demand interpreter marketplace, where 12,000+ professional interpreters are available in 200+ spoken and sign languages. Once the interpreters were found, booked, and prepped with any essential materials necessary for the upcoming trainings and webinars, the KUDO team then provided training and best practices on using KUDO’s native Microsoft Teams integration. And just like that, the Candela team was prepped and ready to host their trainings and webinars.
The Results
With little notice, KUDO took a series of Candela’s internal and external events multilingual. From internal workshops on improving sleep quality and employee team building to external clinical trainings and scientific webinars where doctors are invited to share their best practices and overall experiences using Candela products.
KUDO looks forward to continuing this collaboration with Candela Asian Pacific and providing comprehensive, language barrier-free communication for their internal and external events.
