KUDO Launches Client Glossary Management

(Wednesday, December 3, 2025, New York City, NY) – KUDO, the global leader in language accessibility technology, today announced the launch of Client Glossary Management, a powerful new feature that gives users full control over the terminology during AI Audio and Captions meetings.

This latest enhancement allows clients to upload, manage, and apply custom glossaries directly from their KUDO accounts—making multilingual meetings and events more accurate, consistent, and brand-aligned than ever before.

How It Works

Clients can now upload up to five glossaries per account, with each glossary supporting up to 500 terms. Before starting a meeting, users can simply select which glossary to apply, ensuring that product names, technical vocabulary, and brand-specific terms are always recognized and translated correctly.

The feature is available under KUDO’s AI Customization tab, alongside other advanced personalization tools such as Word Priority, which prioritizes key terminology for improved translation accuracy, and Do Not Translate (DNT) lists, which prevent certain words or phrases from being automatically translated.

Together, these features empower organizations to achieve the highest level of linguistic precision across all multilingual interactions.

Expanding Accessibility

Glossary Management is designed for industries where terminology consistency is critical, such as legal, healthcare, government, and enterprise sectors. By giving users direct control over how their key terms are recognized and rendered across languages, KUDO ensures that every meeting or event reflects the organization’s brand, expertise, and compliance needs.
