Summary
A legendary Italian sports car manufacturer has built one of the most comprehensive multilingual communication programs in the automotive industry. Since 2020 the manufacturer has made KUDO its primary language access platform, supporting communication across every layer of the organization. The scope in 2026 alone illustrates the breadth: in the first six months, the manufacturer ran more than 40 sessions on KUDO, reaching over 2,000 attendees across six countries. Events ranged from all-hands internal broadcasts of 300+ people powered by KUDO AI, to intimate press conferences and international product launches covered by professional human interpreters.
The Challenge
As a global luxury brand with operations, dealers, and audiences across multiple markets, the manufacturer needed multilingual communication that could flex between two ends of a wide spectrum.
On one end: large-scale recurring events — company-wide marketing broadcasts, multi-session dealer training programs, Academy induction programs onboarding new employees — where hundreds of participants need multilingual access at speed and frequency that make human interpretation impractical at scale. On the other: press conferences, racing and motorsport events, product unveils, and awards ceremonies where precision, tone, and brand integrity leave zero margin for error.
Running those two needs across separate platforms — or separate vendor relationships — would have introduced fragmentation, inconsistency in terminology, and avoidable risk. They needed:
